can we watch ourselves


I  will wind up quickly without unnecessary trying to make my blog look like a big 5000 words blog.

Okay.

 

I will begin

The sole point I want to discuss is how to control your emotions and thoughts and  let them express only what you wish to. Lets see how can we end the inner conflict by shutting down the part of mind which opposes our ideas, our actions and our motives.

We are at constant fight with ourselves. We think of doing something but cant do it because some ideas come into our mind and we are forced not to do it.

Similarly there may be instances where you wish not to do something but still end up doing the same just because you  are forced to do it because a part of your mind opposes it and you have to surrender to it.

 

Now we all must have heard of the laws of attraction……..(I will discuss this in the next few days to come)

To understand the idea and how it works we have to understand ourselves and learn to watch……..(I will discuss that in the next few days to come).

 

 

Say you just got your graduation from xyz college and now it has been 5 months and you have preparing for CAT. But while you are doing you keep getting bothered. ”what if I couldn’t clear I might not get a good job. As a graduate degree is not enough to fetch a job with good salary , I would just stagnate.”

All this happening amid your preparation.

SOLUTION :-

 

What you do is.

Tame your part of mind which is opposing and fighting……………….(more on this part would be coming in a few days).

If it says oh what if I don’t clear the exam ……………………………

You have to watch a little and see okay though you want to clear the exam but see the mind which is creating the conflict ……………..(more to be discussed).

Now the fact is you cant fight it . you cant suppress it .you can force your points over it. Even if you say oh no I am confident enough to do it and despite the thought pops up creates the unease and uncomfort.

There is a specific way to do this:

Firstly everything you would think would be in past tense.

So say if the thought it what If I might not clear the exam and may loose my job opportunity.

You will watch it and understand the mental processes:

You would say “ oh gosh I have already lost the job opportunity and couldn’t clear the exam.”

You would keep repeating the same for some time and then see the effect of it.

It might happen that a chain of thoughts may start coming in your mind.

And you carry on the same procedure for the thoughts.

 

Right now only this much I would wait for queries and would further go into its depths.
